Please be in a quiet spot where we can speak about your struggles and goals. I won’t take calls where you are on the go or can’t devote your full attention. This is important, please treat it that way.
If we both feel we’re a good fit and I can help you, please be ready to come on board. I will answer any questions you have so bring them with you.
If anyone else is involved in the decision making process (eg. a partner) please bring them to the call so I can answer any of their questions, too.

It would be beneficial to have one for sure, however it’s not absolutely essential. You can still make great progress with home workouts, although you’d need some very basic equipment like resistance bands etc.

Yes, I work with many women who have desk jobs! Having a sedentary job isn’t a barrier once you have the knowledge to navigate it and still lose fat.

I know, going to the gym for the first time can feel quite daunting. I coach a lot of beginners through their transition into the gym by making sure they’re fully equipped (mentally and physically!) to make those first few steps. The first session is always the scariest but most gym anxiety will die down after the first week, if not after your first session.

No! It’s my job to meet you where you’re currently at, then guide you to your goals. This means that no matter what your starting point is, you’ll benefit from coaching.

Yes! I will show you how to do these things whilst still making progress. Eating out/drinking alcohol are most likely to be habits for life, so it’s important you keep doing them whilst on the programme and you learn how to navigate them. Making progress without those things means that, when you add them back in (which you will) you won’t be able to maintain your progress - you won’t know how to!

100%. Everything is built around you and your lifestyle. My coaching is designed to be fully flexible, so no matter how busy you are we can make it work.

Please make me aware of holiday length and location so I can factor it into your roadmap. By the end of the programme, you’ll have the tools to go on holiday and not take big steps backwards (whilst still enjoying your holiday to the max!)

It will not be an issue at all, most of my clients have VERY busy and demanding jobs. Your plan will be adapted and will accommodate for any schedule changes/travel.

Yes! Absolutely everything is delivered online, so as long as you have access to the internet, you’re all set!

Yes, you may as well learn the skills whilst you’re busy so you can utilise them throughout busy periods for the rest of your life.

You can but it’s not optimal as there may be conflict of interest when it comes to you progressing and achieving your goals. In the programme I make for you, there will be instructions and video tutorials, and you will be submitting form videos for me to check from time to time.

No food is off limits, you’ll be enjoying your diet daily.

You will have access to an example meal plan that you can use for inspiration. You may start off by following your meal plan as an introductory stage but, long term, you will have the tools to make your own meal plan. I don’t want you to be in a place where you rely on my meal plans - what happens then when we finish working together?

No, the nutrition side of your programme will be inclusive of your specific needs. No matter how complicated.

Yes. Whilst I don’t specialise in these disorders, I am aware of the considerations that need to be made when making your programme. The training and nutrition elements of your programme will be different to those without one of these common disorders and supplementation advice will be offered.

Yes. We may/may not have to consider a nutrition-only approach to begin with, but it depends on the injury. If you’re injured, please let me know more information in our call.

You learn to maintain it. This is the most important part of the programme. Anyone can lose weight, but what separates the women from the girls is their ability to keep it off long term.

Yes. The minimum amount of time I’ll work with anybody for is 4 months. The reason being is that from experience, any less than that won’t be long enough to unlearn any previous bad habits you may have picked up, as well as cement new ones. However, most clients end up working with me for over 6-12+ months. Life-changing takes time!

Nutrition
Our approach to nutrition is tailored to your life. We work together to help you come up with plan(s) that are manageable, realistic and sustainable.
Whether it’s an initial meal plan, flexible food goals, or anything in between, it will all be based around foods that you love and already eat on a daily basis. You’re not “going on a diet”, you already HAVE a diet, we just need to make it work for you.
I can guarantee you that you won’t have to give up any of the things that you love. In fact, I’ll be encouraging you to eat them on a daily basis - I eat chocolate every single day and if you’re a chocoholic like me, I’ll help you do the same. That’s how we’ll achieve Full Food Freedom.
Training
Setting goals is one thing. But it’s a whole different ball game when you find yourself in a place where you actually enjoy exercising.
For me, the perfect training programme is the right balance of things that you love, and things that you need. Whether it’s running, yoga or weightlifting, I’ll make sure that your workout schedule is tailor-made to suit your lifestyle - and will guarantee maximum results in the most enjoyable way possible. Gym workouts? Home workouts? Step targets? We’ll find what works best for you long term.
Mindset & Lifestyle
I can’t emphasise enough what a powerful tool a mindset is, especially if you want to be successful in your fitness journey. Having said that, this isn’t just about thinking positively and visualising what you want to happen – although I will teach you how to do that.
This is more about becoming aware of your own mindset barriers and us working on overcoming them together. You’ll often find you have more mindset barriers than physical barriers!
We’ll also look at your lifestyle and see where improvements can be made to maximise your quality of life and progress on the programme. It’s not about cutting out alcohol or going to bed every night at 9pm, it’s about finding a healthy balance so you can thrive.
Support
Support is an integral part of this service. Any time you're ready for that difficult conversation, or need a nudge on progress, I'm here for you. Accountability is essential to this process and having someone who can point out the areas in your life that may need extra attention is crucial.
The weekly in-depth check ins, access to daily support from your coach and also the WhatsApp community will massively improve your results.
The check ins are specifically useful for highlighting your struggles (you’ll face them!) so we can learn how to manage them going forward. Your coach can also make the necessary programme amendments to prevent you from plateauing.
Education
Education, is something that I definitely take seriously. Anybody can follow a cookie cutter plan for a few weeks. If you’re looking to make lasting change, you’re going to want to understand the ‘why’ behind the ‘what’!
Most coaches or companies rely on your business to keep them in business. So they don’t teach you exactly what you need to know to be autonomous with your journey - they need you, just as you need them (well.. you THINK you need them!)
This has never sat well with me because lack of education is one of the contributing factors to my yoyo dieting and I think it’s easy to take advantage of people with a lack of education in fitness.
I’m keen to give you the tools you need to be your own coach, so you don’t have to rely on others to get and stay in shape for the rest of your life - that sounds depressing and expensive!
